Dear Valued Wittichen Customer,
We apologize for the temporary interruption in access to current account information on our legacy customer account portal. We are working feverishly with BillTrust, our 3rd party invoicing vendor, to improve and upgrade access to customer account information, and we hope to have access to current information restored on a new and improved portal soon. Once restored, you will have access to view your invoices and statements, and make payments online.
Please note, if you are not already enrolled in electronic invoice and statement delivery, we encourage you to enroll today to start receiving invoices and statements immediately via email. Please contact Tom Jordan 205-278-3713 or Jane Stokes 205-278-3745 in our Credit Department and let them know you would like to enroll in electronic invoicing. If you have questions about your account balance, open invoices, etc., please contact our Accounting Department at 205-251-8500, and someone will be glad to help you.
